Key Areas of Focus
Keyword Research: Identify high-impact keywords that resonate with our target audience and inform our content strategy.
On-Page Optimization: Implement best practices for on-page SEO, including meta tags, headings, and content structure to enhance visibility.
Technical SEO: Assess and improve website performance, focusing on aspects like site speed, mobile responsiveness, and crawlability.
Content Strategy: Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that drives traffic and engages users.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of SEO strategies.
Responsibilities
Conduct Comprehensive Keyword Analysis: Research and analyze keywords to inform content and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with user intent.
Optimize Website Content: Revise and enhance existing website content, ensuring it meets SEO best practices and aligns with targeted keywords.
Implement Technical SEO Enhancements: Work with development teams to address technical SEO issues, improving site speed and user experience.
Monitor SEO Performance: Regularly track and analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights for optimization.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices, applying this knowledge to enhance strategies.
Collaborate on Content Creation: Work closely with writers and marketers to create compelling, optimized content that attracts and retains visitors.
Must Have:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven SEO Experience: Demonstrated experience in SEO with a strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Analytical Skills: Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms for tracking performance.
Content Creation Knowledge: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and a basic understanding of content writing principles.
Technical Acumen: Understanding of web technologies and HTML, with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams.
Legal Eligibility: Valid work permit for Albania.
