Key Areas of Focus:

Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and market share.

Team Leadership and Development: Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve targets and foster a positive work environment.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

Performance Tracking: Set sales targets and KPIs, and monitor team performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead Sales Initiatives: Drive sales efforts by developing and executing innovative strategies that meet client needs and exceed targets.

Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a skilled sales team, fostering an environment of collaboration and success.

Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends to present to upper management.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.

Must-Have:

Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in sales management or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and motivate a diverse team towards achieving common goals.

Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data to inform decision-making and strategizing.

Valid Work Permit: A valid work permit for Albania.
