Key Areas of Focus
Project Planning and Coordination: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining objectives, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
SEO Strategy Development: Collaborate with SEO specialists to integrate best practices into web design projects, ensuring optimal search engine visibility and user experience.
Budget and Resource Management: Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and meet project goals.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Responsibilities
Project Planning: Create detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project delivery.

Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets effectively, tracking expenditures and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression.
Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations and adhere to industry standards.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress and performance metrics, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience managing web design and SEO projects from inception to completion.
Strong Understanding of SEO: In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, tools, and best practices to guide project strategies effectively.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to facilitate clear interactions with clients and team members.
Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project).
Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and optimize project outcomes.
Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Valid Work Permit: A valid work permit for Albania.
